Surface

You can’t change what you can’t see. Week one is about finding the program. Where it lives, where it came from, and what it’s been costing you. Most people have never done this work. It changes how you see everything.

Days 8 to 14

Recode

You are not your beliefs. Week two is about interrupting the pattern at the body level, not just the mind. Somatic awareness. Identity separation. The gap between trigger and response. This is where the real shift begins.

Days 15 to 21

Install

New beliefs need to be installed, not just understood. Week three is about locking in the new identity through repetition, somatic anchoring, and the kind of future-self work that actually rewires the brain. You end this week different.

The Unbecoming is the work I wish I’d had. It’s built on Mindset and Identity Reprogramming, somatic breathwork (nearly accredited), and the Maltz Method. The same methodology I use in The Program.
